The gated community of Woodtrace is located at the corner of SH 249 and FM 149 in Montgomery County. Located in the Tomball Independent School District, the first phase of Woodtrace includes 217 home sites. The community Grand Opening is scheduled for the weekend of November 1 and 2, 2014, with five builder model homes being showcased.
Woodtrace is the latest major land acquisition for Friendswood Development Company, which has been creating and developing master-planned communities in the Houston area since 1962.
