In a time of uncertainty, businesses in Tomball are coming together to support their community. Local businesses have organized a 10 Days of Tomball Together to promote local shopping and raise scholarship money that would have been provided for the annual Miss Tomball pageant.
The event that runs from Nov.13 - 22 is a partnership between the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce, the Tomball Economic Development Corporations and Tomball Business and Professional Women.
Approximately 30 participating business and restaurants will be promoting daily specials and contributing a portion of funds spent back to help fund scholarships from the GTACC and TBPW which raised over $15,000 last year.
The GTACC President, Bruce Hillegeist said, “We are asking our community to rally behind our beloved business owners during these 10 days to kick off the holiday season.”
