This has been a fantastic year for the Tomball school district! To add to their success, Texas School Business Magazine has recognized Tomball ISD for their Multi-Tiered System of Support in their Annual Bragging Rights issue. Tomball ISD’s dedication to their students’ mental health is a game-changer for public school systems.
Tomball ISD partnered with different organizations to develop programs and resources to help students stay on track and succeed academically. ASPIRE was created in collaboration with MD Anderson Cancer Center to “discourage tobacco and nicotine use.” Presence Learning and Everfi helped the district to provide counseling services in unconventional ways that will help students feel more comfortable discussing their circumstances. Teen and Family Services joined the battle with Tomball ISD to help combat substance and alcohol abuse on school campuses.
