Fall has arrived and Tomball ISD students are back in class either virtually or in-person, meaning fall athletic events are ramping up. Volleyball, Tennis, Swimming and Football are all competing this week. Friday night will be the Cougars football season opener agains Willis.
Tomball ISD encourages the community support for all athletics events, but has had to put the following UIL Guidelines in place to ensure safety of athletes, coaches and spectators. Visitors ten years of age and older are required to wear a mask upon entry to UIL event and venues will be limited to a 50% capacity.
The football stadium is limiting visiting teams to 300 tickets in order to provide more access to Tomball ISD friends and families. Visiting teams will not be allowed to bring drill team and band and Tomball’s band and drill team will be placed on the visitor side.
General admission tickets can be purchased online only and will designate a seating section. Spectators can sit in any row open in the designated area and must social distance outside of their family unit.
Football tickets will be offered weekly in waves with the first priority going to the parents of athletes. Following the parental offering of 4 tickets, the previous season ticket holders are offered followed by the general public. A similar wave system is provided for Volleyball on a game to game basis.
Visit the TISD online ticketing center and come support your favorite athletes!
