Motorists driving down Cypress Rosehill Road will see construction wrapping up later this year as Harris County Precinct 3 works to eliminate a turn and straighten the roadway. Construction to widen Cypress Rosehill between Waller-Tomball Road and the Grand Parkway is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2018. The precinct is working to make the road into a four-lane concrete boulevard from a two-lane asphalt road in three segments that stretch from the Grand Parkway to the Seidel Cemetary Road. An additional segment will be added south of a horizonal turn on Cypress Rosehill Road that will stretch all the way down to the Grand Parkway.
