Paradigm Brewing Co, recently broke ground for their 10,500-square-foot brewery at 2130 S. Persimmon St., located within the TEDC's Business & Technology Park.
Co-owners Chris Juergen and Josh Schwaiger chose the name because "Paradigm means the standard. The core brewing philosophy for Paradigm Brewing Co. is to be the standard at which technology meets technique,” stated Jeurgen.
Jeurgen, a Tomball native, formerly worked at Karbach Brewing Co. and is a professor of brewery operations at Texas A&M University. Schwaiger brings sales, marketing and distribution experience.
Targeting a forth quarter 2021 opening, the brewery will also include a restaurant space in addition to packaging and distribution. This will be a unique and exciting addition to Tomball.
