8-19-22 Woodtrace Kids Tri Update:
The good news is the weather looks like it is clearing up. The bad news is today's rain made parts of our planned bike course very messy and we do not have time to clean them up. So, we have revised the bike course to be an out and back. We will go out on Woodtrace Circle and u-turn and come back to the Rec Center. Seniors will go a bit further than the Juniors and on the way out they should stay to the right of the BIKE lane (cars will be on the outside lane) and still pass on the left and then come back on the left side of the bike lane. We will have police at all intersections. The new Senior course is 6.75 miles (2 loops) and the new Junior course is 2.11 miles. We apologize for this last minute change.
